My name is Kelly and I am the owner of Flowered Occasions.   I have been in the floral industry for 25 years.    I started out doing wedding flowers and events I eventually expanded into funeral and everyday flowers.  I have always been interested in flowers and interior design.  I was born and raised in Plainfield, Indiana and so very proud to have my business here and be bringing up my children in this wonderful community.  The building that we purchased for the flower shop is a beautiful building right in the middle of the historic part of Plainfield.   It has lots of square footage and houses things beyond most flower shops.  Antiques, Home Décor,  lots of plants and everyday homemade items.  My flower shop also has lots and lots of silks for that creative eye and a nice selection of fresh flowers.  I am always teaching classes and wanting everyone to learn floral design.  It is my peace and brings me such happiness.  The building also has a 3rd floor that will eventually be remodeled for a banquet hall.  We are always growing and creating new things here at Flowered Occasions.
